Sign up in seconds for our fantasic weekly or bi-weekly pooper scooper service. There are no contracts or strings attached. Just a wonderfully clean yard, year round.

1. Request a Quote

Click the free quote button to tell us about your yard and we’ll give you a fast, no obligation quote tailored to you!

2. Quote Approval

Once you approve of your quote, we get you all set up inside our customer portal. In it, you can see past payments, upcoming service, and make changes to your information.

3. Set Payment

Our invoicing occurs on the 1^st of each month for your services. Set up auto-pay via bank account or card for easy payments in the customer portal. Scoop Happens will email your receipt. If payment isn’t received before your first cleanup, we’ll pause your service and assist you to restart.

4. Schedule 1st Cleaning

Once you are onboarded, we’ll visit to schedule your initial cleanup and book in your regular scoops. Your recurring services will take place on the same day each week. We group our routes by geographic proximity and assign that route a day of the week.

5. Appointment Notifications

We send out 24-hour and on-the-way text message notifications about your upcoming service so you know when to expect us. You can also text us back with any questions or information. We're glad to help.

6. We Scoop, You Enjoy

Our team swoops in to scoop the poop and leaves your yard clean and ready to go year round. You don’t need to lift a finger.
