How to Sign Up For Service

Quote Approval and Customer Portal Intake
Once you approve of your quote, we get you all set up inside our customer portal. In it, you can see past payments, upcoming service, and make changes to your information.
Set Your Payment Method
Our invoicing schedule bills on the 1st of each month for your selected services. You can set up your auto-pay with either your bank account or credit/debit card for hassle-free payments in the customer portal. Scoop Happens will email you a receipt of your paid invoice. If payment isn’t received before your first monthly cleanup, we’ll have to pause your service schedule and work with you to restart.
Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you are onboarded, we’ll visit to schedule your initial cleanup and book in your regular scoops. Your recurring services will take place on the same day each week. We group our routes by geographic proximity and assign that route a day of the week.
24 Hour and On-The-Way Text Notifications
We send out 24-hour and on-the-way text message notifications about your upcoming service so you know when to expect us. You can also text us back with any questions or information. We’re glad to help.

Do I Need to Be Home When You Scoop?
Nope! As long as we can access your yard, we’ll scoop while you’re out enjoying life. No need to lift a paw—or a finger!
Is Your Service Safe for My Dogs and Lawn?
Absolutely! We use kennel-grade disinfectants on our tools and shoes between jobs to keep germs at bay, ensuring a safe, healthy yard for your pups and grass.
Does My Dog Need to Be Put Away During the Scoop?
If your dog doesn’t have a concern in the world for strangers, then by all means, let them out. We would love to meet our four-legged client! However, out of an abundance of caution for ourselves and the dogs, if there is a chance your dog could be uncomfortable with a stranger in their yard, we would ask that they be indoors during the scoop. We provide on-the-way texts so you aren’t caught off guard when we arrive. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to place them inside during the scoop or be removed from service.
Are the Pet Waste Removal Services Available All Year?
Yes! Scoop Happens is on the case every week all year. We don’t stop for the sweltering heat or the frigid cold; we are out in the elements to provide a poo-free yard, so you don’t have to.
Do You Scoop in the Rain or Bad Weather?
Rain or shine, we’re on the scoop! For particularly bad weather that we are prone to here in Tulsa, we will delay or push it to the following day. If it’s excessively bad, such as snow on the ground for days, we may need to push to the following scheduled scoop.
